August is over

This is a fact.  I blinked and August was over.  I knew this would happen.  Lily and I returned to school, Mike and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary followed by my brother's wedding followed by my parent's 34th anniversary followed by my bestie's wedding.  I should not be surprised that August flew by.

Mike treated me to a fabulous dinner at Ruth's Chris for our anniversary dinner.  I thoroughly enjoy the fancy steak but what's even better is their cheesecake.  I really wanted to order it first...
