I know I'm a bit delayed in my posting but what a beautiful Memorial Day weekend we enjoyed. As Lily helped me pack for our four day weekend in Vicksburg, she insisted on wearing her life jacket while she helped. And from the time we got to pool at Grandma and Grandpa Hoy's or the lake at Grandma and Grandpa Sundstrand's, Lily was in the water.
All day Saturday was spent in the pool with Lily's cousins. Even Diesel made her first pool debut of the summer (uninvited). Sunday we celebrated my cousin's son's birthday and Lily was the first in the blow-up pool in their back yard. Monday we spent the day on the lake with lots of great friends. It was one of the best weekends I can ever remember.
